Reservation Confirmation and Service Fulfillment Timing: Your reservation is confirmed once credit card payment is completed. The reservation service will be fulfilled upon your arrival on the scheduled date.Refunds and Product Issues: Due to the nature of the service, returns are not possible after usage.
Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fee will be charged if canceled up to eight days before the scheduled date. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
